HA HA! It's so true. When we boxed at Sarah's and Frank's house last month, the next day my arms ached and I couldn't figure out why until I thought of the Wii.

Last night we warned our friends who came over not to hurt themselves!

Haha. we were talking about this last night. it's because people use poor technique! maybe they should have wii classes. wiiducation.
