EOAS, week 8
Here we are again, it's EOAS time!
This week's pages bring us to Brandon's first summer. As you will see below, he had lots of great adventures, discovering new place and things.
It's interesting to look back on these and be experiencing just about the same things with Matt right now, and how time passes by so very quickly. You can't blink, or you'll miss something wonderful.
At five months old, Brandon went to his first movie, "Finding Nemo". Wow, has it really been four years since that came out?! He loved it, and surprisingly, was awake through most of the movie. It remains one of his favorites to this day.
In June, we also attended Nicole's first birthday. This wasn't the first party he went to, I think it was the third, but he was bigger for this one than the other two, and therefore more active and observant. He was fascinated with the decorations and balloons, and even tried his first cupcake!
My dad and stepmom stayed in Islamorada the weekend before Fourth of July that year, and we went to visit them at the hotel for a day. Brandon went in the pool for the first time, and loved the water (not as much as Matty though).
Independence Day, four years ago. His first time seeing fireworks. He was not quite sure what to make of those explosive streams of colorful lights, and he still doesn't! ;-)
