I'm very proud of myself. Rather than getting on the computer as soon as I got home yesterday afternoon, I decided to finally organize and file stacks of documents we had laying about the bookshelf and desk. That was one of my goals during maternity leave, which I obviously did not get to. I made 12 different files (there would have been more, but I ran out of file folders) and filed every document I could find. Now I just need to re-organize the old files, shred papers we don't need anymore, and get a new filing cabinet for this plethora of files. Maybe I'll be done before Christmas...
Also on the "to do" list: Scrapbook! I haven't cropped since April. I have to make a bunch of pages for Brandon (from his birthday in January to now) and basically work on Matty's entire book. It seems overwhelming. Do any other scrappers get that too? If you let it linger for too long, it just seems like work rather than a fun hobby? I know that once I get rolling, I'll be okay, but for now, I'm almost dreading it.
It's overwhelming. But once you get started cropping, it's fun again.
You and I need to get together to do this sometime.
Posted by: wRitErsbLock at August 22, 2007 1:32 PMIt IS overwhelming. And not just in terms of pictures and projects... I have so much scrapbooking STUFF that once I do try to work on a page everything has to come out and be strewn around because I can't remember what I have... :/
