...has hardly been touched. I had big plans for having the morning off: get some laundry done, fold laundry from a few days ago, pick up a bit around the house, balance my check book, do the dishes, make a pile of things to sell on ebay. Unfortunately, I've only been able to wash and dry one load of laundry, put the dishes in the dishwasher to be washed later this evening, and balanced my check book. The sleeping-in I had big hopes for yesterday did not happen, Matty woke up around 7, and hubby had to get ready for his interview so it was up to me to tend to him. And, he's been quite grouchy with this sprouting teeth thing. He is comforted only if I'm in the room with him. I can't step into the kitchen and leave him in the living room with his brother, for example, without him bawling hysterically. Poor thing. I wish there was something I could do to ease his pain. I did put a little bit of Baby Orajel on him last night, but since it numbs his mouth, he won't drink his milk, and then he ends up crying because he's hungry. He was overly comforted by the spoon while he had his cereal about an hour ago. The feeding took no more than five minutes. I'm writing this now as he stirs from a little nap.
On another note, it seems that hubby got the job, he's on his way now to do the drug test and once the results are in, he can start. There's another, very big opportunity in the future, but this will help us pay the bills while all the ducks get in a row for that bigger opportunity. I am confident that we'll be back to normal by Christmas.
I wasn't quite done with everything I wanted to say, but the little guy is screaming, so I have to go. I'll be back in a while with this week's EOAS.
Bye!
yay Eric!

Have you tried popsicles for poor Matty's teeth? Or food from a frozen spoon?
