Help

I was trying to print an Excel spreadsheet from a shared drive, and I can't seem to get it to print correctly. It's a huge document, and I tried everything: I checked the page layout, the margins, made sure all the columns had the same criteria. All I get when I do a print preview is teeny, tiny images of what looks like the data, and it's all smushed together on the left side. It looks nothing like the actual spreadsheet. But I can copy and paste it into a new workbook and it looks and prints fine. Can anyone tell me what I might have done wrong? I don't remember changing any settings, but it is on a shared drive, so it might have been someone else. Could it be some setting on the shared drive? I have no idea what else to check.

I hate Microsoft!
I've been having a very similar problem with Word docs. I've been PDF-ing them to get them to then print properly.

Sorry, I'm not an Excel expert. I just know enough to scrape by.
