I’ve been telling Eric for the last year, since we’ve lived in our community, that we need to get bicycles. There are paths all over the place, even a nice lake to walk, run or bike around, and biking would be an almost painless way of getting exercise (I'm neither a walker or a runner, but I love biking). I haven’t owned a bike since I was a teenager, and the same goes for him. Brandon got his first bike last Christmas, and Matty can still ride on one of those child carrier seats for a good while. We had recently talked about getting ourselves bikes for Christmas. Our only problem, besides funding these new purchases, is where to put them. Our outdoor storage room is full of my big totes with holiday decorations, but actually, it just occurred to me that we can put a bike rack in the rear of the room, maybe one of those that holds two bikes. I can rearrange the totes along the front part of the room, and get rid of a nasty old plastic shelving thing that the previous owners had in there. Sounds good, right? Yes, I know, I'm thinking out loud again.
sounds good to me. :)
