Can I please share with you all that I loathe, LOATHE, my morning commute? I left my house at 6:30, and arrived at the office at 8:15. 15 minutes late because I decided to take the highway, assuming it would be faster than street traffic. In this town, nothing is fast anymore. Two small accidents on the side of the road can back up traffic for miles. There are way too many people, and way too many drivers in this d**m city. I think I'm going to experiment taking the train next week. I'll do it on Eric's day off, in case I run late in the afternoon one of us can pick up Brandon from school on time. If it works, that's it. No more driving for me!

I leave the house at 6:15 and should be a work by 8, but I because of traffic I have a half hour of flex time, meaning I´m not late it I get there by 8:30, but I do have to make up the time at lunch. Getting home, I leave at five and rarely make it much before 7. Now, when the kids were at home I dídn´t do this. I just don´t know how you manage.
