Have you heard of PictPicture.com?

Here's their press release:

I fancy myself a photographer, but I know I’m nowhere near as good as some of the users featured on this site. I know several people who would probably love being a part of this online community (B, Sheila, Helen, sherlock: this means you!)
I haven’t had a chance to explore the site as thoroughly as I’d like, but I’m awed beyond words just by the images on the main page.
