I should have been home, blogging

Hubby, our friend Adrian, my sister and I went to a baptismal class last night. They provided us with certificates that I need to show at the church with when I go reserve the date for the baptism (which I'm doing tonight). Can I just say it was a big waste of time? I know I shouldn't say that, but really, it was. It is my understanding that these classes are required by the Church to elaborate on the meaning of baptism, and the responsibilities of the parents and Godparents. The four volunteers from the church that led the talk were very nice, but it just dragged on. One particular person went off on a tangent for quite a while. And to close, they were going to show a video but there was only audio.
At least it's done with now, and the planning can resume. I just hope there's availability before the end of the year.

You should have worn the enormously popular "I'm blogging this" t-shirt. :)

Happy early birthday, by the way. 31 was a great year for me, hope it's a wonderful one for you as well. ;)
