The network at work was down for most of the morning, including phones, email and internet.
I texted wb at 10:02am:
ARGH! Network down at work. No email, no internet, no phones, nada! =(.
Once the connection was restored at 11:51am (there went any hope of leaving work early!), I emailed her to let her know I was back in business. I found our exchange quite humorous:
Me: (Email subject: "Did you get my text?") We're back up..YAY!
wb: Yes, but I didn’t notice until you emailed. Yay!
Me: I felt so….lost without internet. =/
wb: I thought I felt a disturbance in the force!
Me: You know what, I’m blogging this!! LOL
I loved the Star Wars reference. It amused me.
