The Importance of Customer Service

We’ve all been subjected to lousy customer service: that rude waiter at your favorite restaurant, or the cashier at the mall who is on the phone instead of ringing up your purchases. There’s also those occasions where the service has been exceptional, and you want to spread the word about your experience and that wonderful salesperson you encountered. Measuredup.com allows you to share your frustrations or your praise. Companies that monitor Measuredup.com and likely address the situation, be it good or bad, giving you the the last word in customer service. The site is very user-friendly, and I'm particularly fond of the "smiley" faces used for ratings.
What do you think of it?

I looked at Target and a few others. It it funny what some people seem to get so upset about. Some of them had very good reasons for being angry. I will be using this site for sure.
