The house is all decked out, waiting for Santa's arrival. I had so much fun decorating this year. My mom, sister, brother and grandparents came over to "help". Brandon had such a great time doing putting ornaments on thre tree, and it's the baby's first Christmas, which makes it even more special. I get that same feeling during Christmas that I get when I visit Disney: it's that innocence, that sense of magic and love, the happiness. Christmas has always been my favorite holiday, and it's even more wonderful now that I'm a mom and can experience it through the eyes of my children. Hope you like my tribute to Christmas.
(Pictures below)
Brandon hangs ornaments. Surprisingly, they were hung well, not all clumped together like some kids do.

The tree, completed. Yes, the star is crooked, but I like it that way. And notice the Thomas train underneath.

The stockings were hung by the....uh, never mind!

Posted by: Lilli at December 5, 2007 9:47 AMI am very disappointed this year. My "spirit" is non-existent. CAL didn't even want to put ornaments on the tree. We are having a VERY low scale Christmas this year.
Posted by: Lukie at December 5, 2007 2:00 PMSuper cute! I have to take pictures of my decorations and post them too.
I feel exactly the same way about Christmas. It makes me teary-eyed when I get to share fun family traditions with my son (plus we get to make up a few new ones).
Posted by: Claudia at December 5, 2007 2:05 PMSo beautiful! And you're right. It's magical to have the lit tree and decorations. I love Christmas AND Disney. ah! it's like we share a brain! =D

This is the first year Indy really realizes what is going on and anything wrapped in Thomas the Train paper belongs to him (according to him and he's right, LOL). The outside of your house looks gorgeous.
