Starting our Spring Cleaning a Little Early...

So far, I don’t have any major plans this weekend. Hubby may be off on Saturday, so I want to take advantage and do some things around the house. One of the first things on the list is organize the outdoor storage room (Is it considered a shed if it is part of the house?). Our holiday bins are piled up in our breakfast area because of the disarray in that room. There’s no way to walk in there right now, much less put back the stuff that belongs inside. Once we take everything out and sweep the floor (lots of cobwebs and leaves and stuff sneak in under the door), we want to set up little areas inside: one area for holiday storage, including those bins; another area for tool storage and gardening supplies; and another for the boys’ things like Brandon’s bike and scooter, and the mini T-ball and basketball games. Stuff will just be in piles for now though because we have to buy some shelving, but I think it will be much easier to get stuff in and out of there once it’s organized.
