Money doesn't buy happiness, but it does make the bills go away!

I know our financial situation has been an on-going topic around here. While things have been slowly falling into place, hubby and I both feel that if we're able to re-finance soon, then things will get better for us a lot quicker. There are a lot of Florida mortgage companies sending us ads in the mail, and it's been tempting to apply, but we need to wait for the real estate market to improve for it to be worth our while. I'm just hoping it's sooner than later.
