How you doin'?

No, I'm not still hung over. In fact, I only had one drink during my little outing on Saturday. But that's not to say we didn't have a lovely time. Claudia has beat me to it and posted about our adventures. We really should do that more often.
My silence was triggered by a very busy Sunday, and staying home yesterday with the boys. Brandon woke up with a fever, stuffy nose and cough, and it didn't make any sense to take Matty to the sitter, so I was home all day soothing one and entertaining the other. On the plus side, I was quite productive around the house. I did all the laundry that had to be done, cleaned my bathroom and made dinner at a decent hour. I even managed to clean up the kitchen and do the dishes before 9pm, a true feat at our house.

I want to point out that while I'm late in mentioning it, Sunday would have been Dr. Seuss's 104th birthday, and Kate's tribute to him brought happy tears to my eyes. I've loved Dr. Seuss's books since I was a little girl, and Brandon can't help but love them too.

I've got to try to get some work done, at task made difficult by a moody computer (it seems to have a couple of worms, which I reported to our IT department last Friday...apparently me not being able to work is not a "priority") so I won't be posting much else until I get home. TTFN.
