After all the walking I’ve done the last few days, I really feel the burn. Every time I bend my legs, I feel the soreness in my muscles. We had a fire drill at work yesterday, and I was wishing I had a stair lift of some sort to make the process less painful. Yes, I know, not very practical for a narrow stairwell, but I thought about it anyway.
I have a baby shower to go to in a little while, and after I get back home I'm talking a walk with the boys and hubby to that "hidden" playground we disovered a few weeks back. It doesn't seem like such a chore to exercise if it's disguised as something fun.
