Take Two

I mentioned a couple of weeks ago that I was starting a diet. I failed. I didn't really stick to the "eat less/healthier" part of it. I did walk that Monday for about an hour, and that Tuesday for 45 minutes, but couldn't the rest of the week because of either inclement weather or getting home after dark. Last week was awash with both boys sick. But this week I'll be getting back on track, thanks in part to Daylight Savings Time. I'm one of those that prefers longer days, and the extended daylight hours will help me stay motivated. I've also recently received a Yoga DVD to review for you all, and I'm going to test that out on Tuesday and Thursday.
I guess once I've got a routine going it will be a lot easier to stick to this exercise thing.
